Hello.. Yes we all survived after the ice storm.. it was VERY rough but we are all alive and well.!!!

Lets see Kelby is a total mess as usual. Did you expect anything different. he is pretty much completely potty trained!!! woo hoo!!! I am so proud of him. We only use diapers at night now! If he is really playing he will “forget” but so far no accident in 1 week 6 days!! GO KELBY GO! He doesnt believe in naps.. POOR MOMMY.. but usually Kelly has to FORCE him to take one anyway or eventually I will have NO hair left. Yes, I know one day he will get mad when he finds out what I am fixing to write. But at this exact moment he is in the bathroom going poo.. I have finally talked him into going by himself and letting me know when he is done.. My legs were going numb holding him on the pot for 45 min. I swear he takes SOOOO long and he wait untils its about to fall out before he goes.. whats the deal? TMI? Yeah I know.

Kylee is now up to 11 lbs.! She is gaining weight really good now! I took her to the dr. last week TWICE and they both want her to go to feeding therapy to learn how to eat off a spoon. We start Monday. She also had her 4 month shots:-(  and man was she mad. She screamed for a LONg time and finally quit the nurse came back over to talk to her and she started screaming again.. poor baby. she is really gooing and gaaing now. She can roll over from her belly to back EASY!

Ok I have to mention this now.. Kelby just finished going poo and he said I have a dingleberry… Which he doesnt even know what that is.. and he didnt but I was laughing so hard I started crying.. He said dont cry its just a snake in the potty mommy… no no dont worry its an aligator..My pop was just that huge! Man you never know what he will say..

As for me and Kelly we are just the same.. Kelly is working 24/7 and I am doing the same ol’ house mom stuff.. oh except I did refinish a dresser that may I say turned out BEAUTIFUL! After 3 straight days and with Kelbys help we are done. It was old beat up dresser that was given to us, we sanded it BY HAND, primed it, and painted it and put new hardware on! And yes Kelby helped with the WHOLE thing if he hadnt i probley would have it done in 2 days.. but we sure did have fun.  Kelly does have a side job part time.. cleaning up the yard from all the trees that fell down. He worked on it for the 2 days he was off and still not done .. welp thats all for now yall.

All thanks go to my friend Sam who introduced me to twitter. Now before I know it my house is a reck bottles aren’t washed and dinner isn’t cooked but thanks to one of my tweets I found this awsome app In the iPhone app store for wordpress!! It was the best day of my life, now I can post 24/7!! Right now I’m rocking kylee and doing a post it’s great! Look I even post a pic from my phone! Yes I am in heaven just get ready, there is a whole blogger coming out!!!! Oh btw isn’t the pic too cut, kylee’s outfit was way to big but I made it work! That is kelbys own personal cheerleader!

So about a month ago we started the computer and it wouldnt log in. Kelly messed with it forever and still couldnt get it to work.:-( we took it to a computer place in madisonville where the guy informed me microsoft did an update that crashed several computers. Well 2 minutes later it was back to NORMAL!! I didnt lose anything! The month it was out seemed like an eternity.
ok, so now to update you on what you have all missed…
Its christmas eve night and Kelby takes his homemade reindeer food outside and sprinkles it in the drive was so the reindeer can eat while Santa delivers his presents. It was also the night that Kelby and Samuel recieve the WII from my dad. It was a big night! So it was bedtime and we went to put cookies and milk out for Santa, and Kelby was NOT having it.  Those are his cookies and milk and he wasnt sharing. So we didnt force him to and just made him lay down.  As soon as he lays down, he starts crying to go outside and get the reindeer food it was his! I just thought he was tired and just ignored the whole situation.  That was the worst thing I could have done.

Kelby woke up Christmas morning and cried for the first 2 hours because the reindeer ate the food…. Other than that it was great. Kelby had a blast he got a new fisher price camera and loves it.. Samuel got a new digital camera and his own checking account. He is in heaven.. a DEBIT CARD… Kylee got some beautiful hair bows and a mirror for the car. She was happy.. HAHA

ok so im in a hurry to write this as usual.. hope the pics turn out..

Since Christmas we had a blast with Mark and Sam and the boys for New years.

We got a new teacup yorkie! Well Kelly got it for me  but Kelby insists it is his.. so whatever.. I wish i had a pic to put on here but I dont..:-( His name is race and he is a GOOD puppy.. Its the best puppy. Its really calm doesnt bark, he goes on the puppy pad by the door (most of the time). I feel sorry for him though, Kelby rocks him and sings to him and constantly carries him around 24/7. But the dog sleeps with kelby every night right up next to his neck it is adorable!! He weighs 1.4 lbs and kelby thinks he can ride it.. GEE 

Kylee has been doing better. She finally weighs 8 lbs 14 oz and doesnt have to go back to see the specialist in Henderson until the first week of Feb.!!! She got accepted into a clinic in Louisville we will go in March adn see a team of doctors! so that is very exciting.!!!

Samuel has just finished his last ABA basketball game,where they didnt win 1 game but he played really good. He was the 3 point shooter for the team. He had ALEAST 1 per game.!! Go DIXON!

And now back to reality.. Kelly has went back to work and everything is back to the same….

Ok my computer is completly messed up and it is way too dificult to add post by phone. When Kelly fixed my computer I’ll start back until then I know you will miss laughing at the kids but I’ll try to remember and backdate the next post.

I have to appologize I havent wrote in awhile. We have been so busy with the holiday’s. We had the best weekend.  Saturday we took Kelby to the Providence parade which lastest a whole 10 minutes. I dont know why Madisonville and Providence would schedule a parade the same night. But anyway I love the parade’s in providence. It is such a small town. The parade was at 5 and we left the house at 5 till and still got to park on the road and could watch the parade from the vechile! I got Kelby out of the car and he was scared at first. Everyone was throwing candy and he would not pick it up he just wanted me to hold him. He probley didnt want to pick it up because he couldnt move. I put thermal’s, jeans, hoodie, HUGE thick jacket, a hat the hat on the jacket, gloves, 2 pair of socks and snow boots. HAHA poor thing was sweating to death. But anyway he watched in full amazement. When it was over he couldnt stop talking about it and Santa was going to be a the photography studio for free pictures afterward. We had parked at the begining of the parade so we drove where the streets werent blocked and got to see the parade come by again, then we moved once more and saw the end of the parade again. Kelby really liked that. We waited in line for 30 minutes for pictures and kelby wouldnt sit in his lap. He was scared. So I held him and we stood behind santa for pictures. The picture was really good expecially to be free!! But everytime Kelby looks at it he says my nose is red I cry..

Sunday Kelly and I left Kylee for the first time and went to Evansville shopping. That was SOOO hard I had to call every hour to check on her. I knew Kelby would do fine but I just worried about Kylee with all her med. and special things we have to do. Kelly and I shopped for 7 hours and got pretty much everything done! Oh and that is the LONGEST kelly has EVER shopped. I was impressed, and he didnt complain once. I was the one saying my legs were hurting.. haha..We got home and everyone had done good.. THANKGOODNESS Kelby actually behaved or at least that’s what Karla says. She probley covered for him so he didnt get a spanking.. haha..

Today I took Kylee to her doctor’s appointment and I walked in and they were waiting for us.. oh we were 5 minutes late imagine that.. we will be late for our own funeral.. but they weigh her and she weighs 6 lbs 11 oz and is 20″ long. We go to the room and it isnt 2 seconds and the dr. comes in. Then 1 hour and 30 minutes later we are finally ready to leave.. that was the longest time I have ever talked to a doctor at an appointment. Dr. Adjabi is GREAT!! anyway she isnt gaining weight. she gained 3 oz in a month and should be gaining 1oz per day. Now I have to mix her formual different so she gets more calories, add sugar like stuff to her milk 4 times a day, oil to her milk 2 times a day then increase it to 3 times a day and the sugar and oil cant be in the same bottle and she has to have at least 8 bottles a day. I still have to give her 1 medicine once and day and the other medicine twice a day and I have to dilute it in 4 cc of milk (however much a cc is???) ok I think you get the point. I am making a HUGE book of what to do and when to do it because there is NO possible way to remember everything. Yeah I copied all that i typed offa  piece of paper and i am still confused. Basically we have to give her more caleries and fat and then take her back every week to make sure she is gaining. If she isnt then its internal and we have to see a gastro dr. Whatever they do??

So I hope you can forgive me for not writting very often. oh man, I had the cutest pic of Kelby dressed for the parade but I havent put it on the computer yet. Here ill put a few pic. just so everyone can see the two angel’s.

Kelby and I decorated the Christmas tree every night since he asks if ho ho is  coming. He just really doesnt understand. He asks ho ho bring me presents, i want presents. “We have to wait and he will come the night before christmas”

Every time that comes on Kelby stops what he is doing to watch it. He tries to dance along but he dances like his momma if that says anything.. ok well that really had nothing to do with the best blog I am about to write, well other than  Kelby gave me the perfect opportunity to take the perfect picture to go with SEXY. Believe it or not I actually got the camera took the picture and was about to put it on the computer when it got deleted. I know I did NOT hit the delete button but somehow it was DELETED. I cried and cried because this could have been the best blog ever. I am going to try hard to describe it good enough that you can picture it and still get a good laugh.

Kelby has been trying to potty train forever now. He is doing really good considering he is only 2 and I dont force him. I just let him go when he wants and if he doesnt its not a big deal. Well he was in the mood to use the potty so I let him. He did every well that day too. Well anyway he wants to go by himself and redress himself, so I let him. He came back into the living room with no underware on and both legs in the same pant leg of his sweatpants. So you can imagine it looked as if he was wearing a REALLY tight skirt. The shirt and pants he had on didnt even come close to matching. Gray pants with a black line down the side and a bright orange and navy shirt. I tried to help him fix his pants but he had nothing to do with it. He walked or should I say “fell” around the house for a good 30 minutes. He couldnt even walk good because the pants were so tight. Then he found a light blue and white snoopy snow hat with a white and blue string ball on the top. He tried to put it on but it only covered 1/2 of his head. It was a pretty funny picutre. oh wait here is the good part.

Kelby turns to me and throws up his hands, bends his knee’s and says “SEXY BOY”. I crack up laughing only to say yes baby you are a SEXY BOY.. he laughs takes one step ,falls face down looks up and me laughing “I still a sexy boy?”

I am so lucky to have a great husband and father for my children. I couldnt be happier  Kelby to want to be exactly like Daddy. If you know Kelly then you know exactly what I am talking about. He is THE BEST! He loves to play and have fun and stands up for what he believes. I know he would give his life for Me and the Kids, and I couldnt ask for more.

Kelby’s new answer to everything is “Daddy does”. He was in the refrigerator today trying to get a tomato off the top shelf. “Kelby I dont think you will like the tomato” “Daddy does” “yes your right, go ahead and try a piece”. He tries it and of course spits it out because he doesnt like it but hey at least he tried it, its more than I can say. I have NEVER tried a tomato, but I just know that i dont like it.

 Kelly was hooking up the ice maker to the refrigerator and Kelby has to get his tools out and put them in a bucket and help Daddy. Oh and they almost have it working just have to get 1 part and I FINALLY will have ice. GO KELLY AND KELBY!!!!

I do have to admit Kelby pushes it to the limits. He had an accident in this pants today and the conversation goes.

“Kelby dont pee in your pants, you need to go to the potty”

“Daddy does”

After cracking up “Daddy doesnt pee in his pants he goes to the potty like a big boy”

“YES HE DOES!”

“um ok Kelby, just make sure you go to the potty next time”

“ok Mommy I sorry”

He is trying and does VERY good at using the potty. I sure do hope he gets potty trained buying diapers for 2 is EXPENSIVE.

If Kelby turns out to be 1/2 of what Kelly is then I believe we did a good job as parents. Guess we have several years to work on it.

As you all know the newest addition to our family is Kylee  Marie. However thats not what this post is about. confused? Thought you might be. Kelby has a baby doll and he has renamed it to Kylee Marie or as he pronounces it Kylee Moknee. Today the real Kylee was very fussy so Kelby got out his Kylee and was taking care of it. It was starving to death because he lost the bottle about a week ago so he had to feed her a good 20 times today. He would rock her and kiss her and carry her around saying “I know girl dont cry”, “it’s going to be ok Kylee”. Oh and believe it or not I actually did get the camera out and take pictures but I just havent uploaded them but had a few moments of quiet to write this post so i took advantage of it. I will try to add pics later they are pretty funny. Anyway, He was riding Kylee around on his bike (his doll of course) and he jumped off and put her on the ground and took off running toward the kitchen. I was a little scared I have to admit. So I yell

“Kelby what are you doing?”

No longer than I spit it out he comes walking back into the living room with a long piece of toliet paper. Man was I relieved. From all the stuff he has done today I was happy to see he only had toliet paper. So the conversation goes:

“I’m right here mom”

“What are you doing with that toliet paper did Kylee pee in the floor”

“NO MOM, Baby Kylee cold”

“She’s cold?”

Man was I confused what does toliet paper have to do with being cold. Then He picks up the baby doll and trys to wrap her up in the toliet paper. It went around her face and then down to the ground, but he did good.

“Oh is that your blanket to keep Kylee warm”

“Yep” gets on his bike and rides her around some more not thinking a thing about it.

“Would you like mom to give you a little blanket for your baby I dont think that toliet paper will keep her warm its kinda thin”

Gets off his bike just looking and me and begins Jumping up and down with one arm in the air”YEA YEA OH YEA”

I give hima burp cloth and it has made his day!!!!
